Hey SDN,

My dream DO school is having a CME event in a few weeks. Not far from where I live, isn't expensive. Subject matter is interesting to me.

Would it be weird if I went? States explicitly it is for "Osteopaths and other Health Care Professionals," while I'm just a lowly radiology/ED PCA increasing my clinical hours to apply for the first time this cycle. I guess I'm wondering if it would be inappropriate if I attended

If not, would this be a positive thing for showing this school I've been interested in them for years? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Haha who cares. What's the worst thing that can happen? They tell you to go home? As long as the drive isn't ridiculously long I would give it a shot.

You're not going to convince anyone.

If you're interested in the subject, well, OK.
