I would hope not. I am in a very similar situation. If interviews span the same dates as previous years, you may miss 1-2 weeks of potential interview time. However, it may be possible to interview at the hosting institution while you are there I would think.
 
From what I've read, programs will be understanding about you missing time to interview. You have to do it.

Of course it's less than ideal to miss time at your top choice, but a few good weeks and then missing some time is better than not visiting them at all, in my opinion.
 
From the advice I got regarding aways it sounds like this could really hurt you, especially when doing a subI.
