Should I put Summa Cum Laude honors or Top Graduate honors(highest GPA in my college) on my application or is that assumed off GPA and just looks stupid?

I think that would fit well in the work/activities section of your AMCAS application. I believe there is a subsection for awards and honors. Although, you would need to write a blurb about why it was important to you/the hard work you put in/etc.

A lot of students graduate summa cum laude (many schools have a cutoff GPA at 3.75 and the average matriculant had a 3.71 last year) so you'll want to explain why it was important to you.

I combined Summa Cum Laude with another award so it didn't waste space.

Wow! It's 3.75 for summa cum laude at most schools? Heck, at UCLA I think it's 3.9 for summa! Dang, I went to the wrong school for honors! 😱

• Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science: 3.907 for summa cum laude, 3.822 for magna cum laude, 3.693 for cum laude.
  Also, upper-division GPA for courses applied to an Engineering degree must be 3.907 for summa cum laude, 3.822 for magna cum laude, and 3.693 for cum laude, with a minimum 3.25 GPA in major field upper-division courses. Upper-division courses not applied to the degree are excluded from these averages.
• Herb Alpert School of Music: 3.985 for summa cum laude, 3.927 for magna cum laude, 3.812 for cum laude
• School of the Arts and Architecture: 3.921 for summa cum laude, 3.887 for magna cum laude, 3.807 for cum laude
• School of Nursing: 3.908 for summa cum laude, 3.831 for magna cum laude, 3.713 for cum laude
• School of Theater, Film, and Television: 3.908 for summa cum laude, 3.871 for magna cum laude, 3.796 for cum laude

I ended up changing it to many, I think most was a little misleading.

I believe that the entire CSU system uses 3.75 and that the two schools my brother went to also used 3.75

At my school we don't do Latin honors but "Highest Distinction" (top 3% of the graduating class) was like a 3.95 last year 😕 It is rising every year so who knows what it'll be by the time I graduate in two years. My GPA is 3.93-ish now but I don't really care. I have better things to do with my life than slaving over some random GPA cutoff for a single line on my resume.
