Away electives -- Program strengths?

Does anyone have any helpful info with regard to away electives at Penn and Cornell? I am trying to decide between the two.

If you mean UPenn (i.e.--Scheie), it is a bigger program and probably has more flexibility in allowing you to schedule a rotation as well as more options and opportunities available for visiting students.
