Based on what to choose a med school?

Hello guys,
I have a question: as I am interviewing with medical schools, based on what do I choose the school? What should I look for?

I am also considering Ben Gurion university in Israel that COLLARBORATES with Columbia to do medicine. So I would be studying abroad but there is still a collaboration between an american and an israeli schools, how much would that affect me when i try out for residency?

As you should have heard by now being an IMG can be a hard road, even if you are an excellent student.

as I am interviewing with medical schools, based on what do I choose the school? What should I look for?

I knew I was in the right school when my interviewer said "Yeah, there was nothing to do in Cincinnati in the 1960's except go to basketball games, chase nurses and binge drink."

And I haven't regretted it one iota.
