I think I checked the site on a whim last year around 11/27, and the results were posted that morning. They are not posted all at once. From what I gather, the results start coming out around 60 days after the last testing date (give or take).
Ahhhh... lol timing isnt so good hahah- i wish it was earlier so it doesnt affect holiday spirit incase i didnt make it lol..
I agree. I’ve been reading the older threads to see when we may hear back. Hopefully later this month, but it would be nice to know one way or another.

Mine was up until about 1200 then it went down. I bet Monday is the day....

MyBPS is back up for me but still says "awaiting exam".

It says 'eligible' under status but at the top where it says "Certification app", "You have 1 certification app awaiting exam" is at the end of that.
I wonder if they ever post results on the weekend....
They have before but i wonder if its this weekend or next weekend ... not sure why they are milking the time lol

I've taken two exams before this. BCPS in 2010 and I found out by letter which is the way they did that back then. Received it the week of Thanksgiving. Then I took BCCCP in 2015 and found out on the site 11/23 which was Monday. So if the timing remains the same we should find out this week.

I took ID this time. This was the hardest out of the three. CC was hard but the easiest for me out of the three since I've been in the ICU for years the experience helped. BCPS was my first so that was very hard....but the ID was extremely hard.
Passed both of them but I'm not feeling good about this one.

If it's something that you're drawn to. My main passion is Critical Care and I've always been drawn to ID which I do quite a bit of in CC. After the BCCCP I told my husband I'd never take another one due to the time-consuming studying and working full time....but then BCIDP came along. I figured I'd learn and improve my knowledge base from the preparation. Boy was I correct...and boy did I realize I might have bitten off more than I could chew as they say. At my hospital we do not do any type of transplants and have very limited oncology services so I had to teach myself all of that material. Granted, I've been out of school for years and if you're a student/resident you have that on your side. I didn't do any of them for my job, I just wanted to be better at what I did and improve my knowledge base. Sorry for the lengthy answer...

And are you going to leave all active? Reason i ask is bec many ppl i know say that its too much work to keep up with all of them- is that true?

No problem. Yes, I'm a critical care clinical specialist deployed in the ICU. I had thought about letting the BCPS lapse since, for me, that's a broad one, but then I figured I had put 5 years into it so I might as well keep it. It is a lot of work but I think it's manageable. Right now if I break it down I have 31.5 hours average a year for recertification credits between the two. If I pass ID, fingers crossed and praying too, that will go up to about 46 but that's spread out over a full year. It's really up to the individual to decide what's best for them and how much they work they can dedicate to each one. I don't know if that helps at all. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for both of us 🙂
Aww thank you- i m nervous and hope we both pass... if you do, you ll prob have the most titles i ve seen- if you can maintain it good for you...

Hahah! That is what i do too- but i would be satisfied with one board certification next to my pharmd haha! I may ask you for a donation of that title if i dont pass and you do haha...
