Hi everyone, it seems like applications aren't open yet. I can't even make an account, so have no idea what information we're supposed to gather for the application. I'm thinking about having everything ready-to-go, so when applications are open, I don't have to waste anymore time. What are things that we need to gather for the application that take the most time to obtain? Letters of recommendation (How many?), any other time-intensive things that may be asked?

I had a CV and personal statement to provide to people writing letters for me. I probably got this stuff to them in March the year I applied. People are busy, your letter is not their priority. I repeat, your letter is not their priority. My Dean’s letter took forever.
