Unless you're like that one dude who PMed me last Oct for last years prompts so he could start working on them.

The AMCAS isn't secret, you could prep your blurbs for ECs and your PS whenever you want too.

LORs operate in parallel though, so you want to get started on those at the appropriate time (varies depending on prof, whether you're done with classes or not, etc).
