Good for you Phillips. Shall we celebrate the fact that you have so wonderfully fallen into the good graces of The Berkeley Review?
After LIS has offered a decent suggestion as to why they have been unavailable recently, was it necessary for you to barge in and suggest that I could be annoying them? I have bought a few of their books before so if I have a question about purchasing more items and require specific answers, am I not entitled to receive a reply? Please don't answer that question; it is rhetorical.

Oh man, just when I settle something with one person another one comes along and makes assumptions.
Each time I called, I did NOT (repeat: I did NOT) leave a message. I called, got the answering machine, then hung up. In other words, when they check their messages (or more importantly, if they check their messages), they wouldn't be hearing a single sound byte from my voice.
I only e-mailed them twice! And the second e-mail was sent two weeks after the first.
Also, I already have all the Berkeley Review books I need. So I am not calling them to ask them how the order is going. There is no order! I wanted to call with other questions.
i actually left a message explaining my predicament and he activated my account with practice tests before they receiving payment!
