Best NYC and Southern Cali Away Rotations?

Im starting to schedule my away rotations for this summer/fall. I'm interested in doing 1 in southern california, and 1 in NYC. I'm an average student, 228 on step 1 with mostly High Passes in 3rd year, Passes in basic science years, some research.
I'm thinking about USC or Kaiser in LA, and Einstein or Sinai in NYC. Any thoughts? Thanks!!
