Negative pressure breathing is resulted from
contraction of the diaphragm and
incompressibility of intra-pleural fluid

I understand the first one, but I don't know about the second one (incompressibility of intra-pleural fluid)

haha do a search. i asked this a while back. heading should be bio/chem. something along those lines
