I've memorized all 20 amino acids which include their structure, the 1 and 3 letter abbreviations, and whether or not they are polar, acidic, aromatic, etc. Is there anything else I should memorize besides this in regards to them?

can you take out a piece of paper, and draw me W-A-D-G-E-R ?

Do you know how pka works? LB/MM? how about the variances in enzyme reactions and why does a GLU replaced with VAL cause a huge issue?

If I put AUG what is that? Why does it matter?

Where are you getting these questions from? I didn't see anything relating to this in the first chapter of Kaplan Biochemistry.
