One of the kidneys I grossed this year (clear cell renal cell carcinoma), had a block that looks like the state of South Australia, or possibly Nevada (with looser interpretation). I think the surgical margin was still clear by ~0.5mm...🙂

On another renal note,

I just realized that "mesangium" is an anagram of "magnesium"!
