Bombing NBMEs. Advice appreciated!

NBME 13: 196 (Last week)
NBME 15: 202 (Today)

My test is 2.5 weeks away, and my scores are pretty low. I'm stressed out and lost on how to proceed. I finished one pass of FA during my dedicated time and one pass of Pathoma during the school yr. I have ~60% of Uworld left. How should I proceed?

It takes me all day to take and review 2 blocks of Uworld. Should I just keep pumping out Qs? Should I do a second pass of FA? Any advice or encouragement will be appreciated!

Rant: I just can't seem to improve. I was above average at a top 20 school but can't get my head around this test

Postpone the test, or find out where you're wasting time because 2 blocks of questions shouldn't take 8 hours to go through if you've done a pass of FA. If I were in your shoes, I'd do as many questions as possible and go through FA again.
