Does anyone have a book in mind that they had found helpful to increase on inpatient pharmacy knowledge? TIA

Not used regularly, but in the central pharmacy during my PGY-1 we always had a copy of Dipiro's pharmacotherapy, pediatric injectable drugs, trissels compounding stability book, as well as drugs in pregnancy and lactation placed on a shelf for safe keeping.

On occasion I would sometimes refer to our compounding/stability reference book to check if two IV drugs could be administered together (if I couldn't find a definitive answer elsewhere).

Not sure if that answers your question or not.
