Thanks for the information🙂 .People like us with part-1 in 80s can't depend on BOSTON though we attend the interview.Did u call keven Lee or emailed him?

guys who got interviewed on dec 7th,how did it go?how many of u were there on that day.
 
i wanted to ask ppl who didnt get in BU and got interviewed nontheless .....did you guys got a letter saying we are sorry yadda yadda yadda or an email?or NOTHING :S cuz nothing would be worse :scared:

we didnt get anything.s nothing is worse, v dont know if v can still expect or to leave hopes.
 
so umm when do THEY INFORM the WAITLISTED candidates after ALL the candidates are interviewed? :S😕

Count me in for feb 8th interview! and My score is Part 1- 86 , so i was astonished! Checking out this thread, seems like they give interview calls for all those who apply !! And since this will be my first time to Boston , I am quite excited about the trip regardless of the weather in feb and the outcome of the visit to BU, hehe!! Gotta see the glass as half full!!🙂

CONGRATS on ur interview call! can u plz tell when u applied to BU? Also, do u have lots of work experience here in US or in ur home country? any research experience etc....It will be a great help to me, as i am also waiting and hoping for a call from BU. Had applied back in Aug!!🙁 Thanks in advance and ALL THE BEST for ur interview.

Thanx!i applied in october end , and got the call dec 1st week .Experience in home -2 and half yrs. One paper in journal of home country.

Does BU required an original deans letter? I get stucks on my references... hopefully everything will go smoothly by next year.

though am not just pinning on this school cos i guess they take only 90 and above ...

Dont worry Resh.just be positive.I think seats have filled in most of the schools.So we have limited options at this point of time.

i applied in dec.my stats are nbde-96,tofel273 ,gpa 3.05,work exp as D.A.-8 months and 6 months home country.hope this helps

I must tell you a good hotel that is close to the school
It is the best western hotel.

It is very clean and very big and Confy...this is a good hotel for you guys who are going to be interview next.
HOping tomorrow will be a bright day!!

Finally,I received my reference today and send it to BU. But, I have a no idea if they still have any seat available and if they will call me for interview.
Keep my fingers cross.

Any idea, how many seat left in BU. Thanks a lot for the information.
 
All that matters is ur nbde part 1 score and NOTHING else.thats ALL they focus on trust me i just had my interview there!so whatever guys i am sick of this whole admssion crap seriously

Although all documents were in, much earlier, some how, ETS seems to have delivered my Toefl score late i.e Dec 14. So thats the application date.

NBDE I score- 94 (93 or above in each section), fresh applicant, Toefl 263, undergrad GPA 3.74.

mail me as soon as any one gets a call....we can cut down cost of living in Boston etc. or have a rapport before we go out to face our interviews.

how many days will they take to review application? anybody have any idea regarding this?

i am applying to boston this year.
in their online application, there's a column wher they ask if my education was interrupted due to deficiency in academic performance. i did have to repeat a couple of subjects when i was in dental school in india. is that what they're asking for?
please help.

I filled online application for boston in Oct,but they didn't receive my toefl score due to which my application finally completed in the first week of Janaury. I am curious to know if there are any seats left. I seems that they are not going to call us now.
 
well, from previous post on this forum, it mentioned at least two weeks from your competed application they will start calling you. Although from the email I got - seems pretty generic - that they will contact you a day after your application complete till the end of Febuary.
I wish this will help.

I have Toefl Score below 100. Do anyone have idea regarding whether BU accept score below 100. I am appearing from Toefl exam again on 2nd feb ,so that score will reach them in last week of feb.

NBDE 95
TOEFL 91
GPA 3.52
experience in my country 1yr

Hi,

The first rule is:
DO NOT bring documents unless the school ask for it!! and they never ask....
unless you have a new score or smthing and you want to give them the documents personaly,

The interview is nice..do not worry they are reading the file before and when u enter the room they are asking u about things from the file and ending with tell me abt yourself, what do u cook? and stuff like that.

Do not worry..it is just a conversation🙂
