For the weird reads I previously mentioned. I don't know if I am stupid but I just am not seeing the visc vote and still have reservations about the fact that a lot of that wagon took off because of her placement on dubz's read list. People going back to point out wolfy things sometimes feels like working backward to justify an answer you already want. I do have reservations that so many people in my village reads are voting her

I have assumed based on the write-up, posted BEFORE yk mentioned this, that a protector role tried and failed to protect Truenamer from NK.
I think it can't be ignored that one of the first things that happened on thread after dubz dying was people quoting her list and going "hmmm 🤔" about visc being at the top
I said a lot of the wagon felt driven by that, not that every single person only voted because of that.

Is this “protection” being mentioned the bathroom notification, or did I severely miss something here? I’ve actually kept up through today
Also assume that there is a strongarm among the wolves and with less reasoning, I assume the wolf has a 1x strongarm. Reasons for this are speculative; the game would be a bit broken if there was a wolf who could just strongarm past every blocker or redirector or possible counteracting role, and because a handful of the roles we've seen so far have been 1x powers
She said something about making friends with somebody and it protecting her for a night cycle and a day cycle iirc. Said she didn't tell anybody about it to see if we'd yeet her I think? Forgive my bad paraphrasing

True was killed after leaving the bowling group and meeting a friend along the way then being killed despite the friend. Later, YK claims to have been hiding that they made a new friend before being locked in the bathroom.
I think it's too soon to speculate what wolves are doing without a flip, but strongarms generally prevent a game from becoming broken rather than cause it.

Here was my thought process -- wasnt killed after being tie-yeeted in frame 1. had protection N1 thru end of day next. Figured if i got yeeted again but wasnt yeeted i could explain it was the protection the second time and that the first time whatever the mods did but that there was no other reason to explain it. also thought if i didnt get yeeted a second time it would look sketchy. was conflited with the information...

I would not have felt the same way if I were put in this situation but I understand where you could be coming from. Why did you think it would look sketchy if a yeet didn't work?
I’ve been keeping up with reading I think (up to page 65) but it’s been in like 5 minute bursts so I might have missed things people wanted replies to, sorry. I didn’t end up having time or motivation to get any rereading or fresh analysis done this cycle, which is disappointing, but I probably just should not have played a large game during this semster.

Eh... Personally I find it more suspicious that you kept this secret until you started coming under fire again. I'm not sure what the point of doing this is other than to apparently out that we have a protector role (or multiple, if it's a 1x ability).
Also, if there was an attempted D2 yeet of you and you didn't die that would've made me way more inclined to think you were a wolf versus if you'd disclosed in the am that you were being protected.
Lastly, being protected doesn't necessarily mean you aren't a wolf.

Yeah I am struggling with trying to stay up to date for all day surgeries at work, have a life that might involve PT for my back and actual downtime when I get home, getting enough sleep, and trying to stay caught up on this game. I'm failing at all of it lololol

I run a game like this with kdubs. Not that someone else can't do another one though.
First -- it came as a second message like it was initially forgotten in my N1 write-up..
first message i was told i went potty and someone locked me in there, making it so i couldnt do anything during the night until an alley employee unlocked me in the morning.
then i got something that was like oh yea and...
after bowling that night someone became my friend and stay with me thru the day to ensure no harm comes to me

Still village reading everyone on the Vis vote which feels nice
Right now Mel seems like the most likely wolf based on tone and I am slightly more comfortable going for the mel yeet over vis or YK.
