Here's my current list:
UCD
UCSD
UCI
UCSF
UCLA
USC
UW (primarily as MSTP)
OHSU
U Colorado Denver
Northwestern
U Chicago
Vadnerbilt
U Michigan
Boston U
Harvard
NYU
Icahn
Alber Einstein
Mayo (both)
Baylor
Georgetown
Yale
Columbia
Case Western
Stanford
Cornell
Tulane

Suggest skipping Baylor, as it's really hard for OOS to get into there. Add Pitt instead, U AZ, SUNY SB, Hopkins, and U Miami. You're a rock star otherwise.
