Can classes which are "repeatable" count multiple times towards AMCAS GPA?

If I take a (BCPM) seminar class that my university allows students to repeat several times, can I count multiple semesters of that class towards AMCAS? It's a "special topics" course so the material is almost completely different every semester. Is this doable?
