Can i apply for Texas even if My school is not Approved in Texas?

I'm 3rd year medical student. I went to one of the Caribbean schools which is not approved by neither New york, Florida, California or Texas.

I was wondering is there a way to go around this? for example are there any programs that i can participate in? some one also mentioned if all my rotations are ACGME approved then i could apply for residency regardless of my school not being approved by the state of Texas!

Please let me know, i'm starting my rotations in 2 weeks and i wanna do this right!!
