Can I fill out multiple CDWs per semester?

I'm in Army HPSP and want to make sure I meet any reimbursement deadlines. I have paid for most of my required supplies but one or two companies are taking a long time to charge the items we received. Can I submit 2 separate CDWs for the same semester? Or should I just wait till all of the supplies for the semester have been charged to my card (ie. paid for)?
