Can i retrieve an AMCAS applic from 2003

Hi,
i was just wondering is it possible to retrieve an application from 2003 if i want to reapply and my personal statement is there. I know i would have to modify some stuff, but i realized that i dont have my personal statement that i put months of work into. Would reapplying be a legitimate enough reason to retrieve the application?

The only way to do this is to contact AAMC directly. They will require you to write a letter to them explaining why you need a copy and enclose a $20 check. That said, the letter is just a formality, and they will definitely give you a copy. Go to the AAMC website and there should be a contact number for AMCAS.
