Can I take Subspecialty ( endocrinology & metabolism) exam without specialty (internal medicine) exam?

Hi Guys I am new to this forum. I am trained endocrine specialist, completed general internal medicine and endocrinology. I am planning to take exam subspecialty exam only, is it possible?
