Navy Can you be pulled out of school while in HSCP

Just curious since I'm technically on active duty now. One my classmates who is in army national guard is getting pulled out of school and mobilized.

You can be pulled out of school even if you're HPSP. It's just unlikely to happen.

Is your classmate on a financial assistance program of some sort or was he ANG before entering school? I'm betting it's the latter.

He's in the FAP program and no he was never ANG before.

You're basically useless if called up so I wouldn't worry about it.

You will not be pulled out. As far as the military is concerned, you have no usable skill that the Navy can use.
