Navy Can you qualify for PSLF after HSCP?

As the title says I was wondering if someone who was awarded HSCP but was still left with high loan balance after dental school can still qualify for their loan to be forgiven after 10 years without any tax bomb? For example, the student decided to work for the military for at least 10 years after school hoping for the loan balance to be forgiven.

would this work?

Yes, this is what I am intending on doing. Current D1 with HSCP at expensive dental school.

Just hope and pray the loan forgiveness amount doesn't get capped between then and now.
