I was just wondering what type of hurdles one would have to overcome if he/she did say an IM residency in Canada, then went down to the states for a fellowship... i.e. would one have to take USMLE Steps1-3 + LMCCs..etc? I was under the impression that it all depended on the state you are going to. Any additional info would be appreciated.
