I am planning to apply for many programs since I am an IMG and don´t know how competitive I am.

My question is: Is it easy to cancel interviews if I will get too many? (I don´t have the time or money to interview at more than 10 places)

Yes, and it's expected. But you need to do it early (2-4 weeks) so they have time to fill the slot with another applicant. And gracefully ("thank you for the opportunity, blah, blah, blah") so as not to burn any potential bridges.

    that is good.
So I should apply to as many programs as possible then I guess since it doesnt cost anything to apply.

    After like 30 programs, it's $25 each.
