Can't access any practice exam from TPR

After the update of the new website, I have not been able to access any of the practice exams from TPR and I'm honestly freaking out right now because I'm supposed to take a diag tomorrow on my computer. Here's what happens. I get to the online content structure page where all the links to the practice exams are and when I press any of the links (the list does expand to the links of practice exams), nothing happens for at least a minute and then the online content structure page goes to another page where they tell me not to navigate away from the page. I've tried my friend's computer, and it's supposed to have a pop-up window with the test on it, but I don't get that pop-up.

I'm using Mac OS X Lion, and I've tried it on all browsers (Safari, Firefox, Chrome, and even Opera). I've also disabled the pop-up blockers, deleted the cache, reset Safari, and restarted my computer but nothing works. I don't think Lion is the problem because I'd been able to use the website fine with Lion before the website was updated.

I've also called technical support and was put on hold for 45 minutes and then I finally got to a guy who told me he'd call me back in 2 hours and then hung up on me 😡 I'm trying them again right now but it's been 15 minutes so far and I'm still on hold. If anyone has this problem or had the problem and gotten it fixed, please let me know how you fixed it. Thank you!!

what browser did you use? the practice test never showed up on chrome for me, so I had to use internet explorer instead

I'd been using the old Firefox with the old flash before the website upgrade and it had been working fine but after the website update, nothing works, including Firefox 2 and Firefox 5. I'm trying to dual boot windows but we'll see how that goes...

My website seems to be working, but I can't open up test either. I would call them tomorrow.

Yeah I called them twice. First time, the guy said he'll call back later and hung up on me -- that really pissed me off because I'd been waiting for almost 50 minutes. The second guy was much nicer but he wasn't very helpful either -- he said that this would be notified to the developers of the website but I doubt that anything solid will happen soon, especially for someone like me who is taking the real MCAT next week. So I ended up borrowing a copy of windows from a friend and dual booting -- it works so far and it better work, at least until next Thursday *knock on wood* Anyway I hope it will work out soon!

Yeah, this TPR website downgrade is pissing me off too. I was supposed to take AAMC #6 today, but I now "lost access". WTF!

Yeah it got "prettier," but I miss the old site because it actually worked 🙁 Why couldn't they wait until after the MCATs this year ended to do this stupid update? 🙁

I feel you!

It is VERY annoying but it'll be alright. I've been calling for the past two days like CRAZY. Someone told me I would have to wait until Monday 😱.

If you have MAC, use either Safari or download the latest Firefox.. I tried both yesterday and it seemed to work, but the only thing bad on safari is you can't highlight stuff so I would say download the newest firefox and it should work fine!

This is ridiculous. I can't log into my account anymore. Called them yesterday, some guy took my information and said I will be contacted in 1-2 hours. Never received a call. Calling them again today.

Yeah, very poor planning on their part. They have all that time after September which is usually not critical MCAT study time.

i know this sounds pretty stupid, but if you refresh the page with you get that red error sign "could not access content at this time, try again later" it usually all pops up for me after 4 times.

Im using Safari on a MAC too...

It wasn't working on my PC, but it is on my mac. Thankfully. Anyways, aamc 9 time. Hopefully it will go well.

I just called them... The TPR website will up tomorrow (it was down yesterday, today and it will be down some of tomorrow).

Your access is valid 9 months after your class has ended. If you wish to renew, the cost is $99 for an additional 3 months of access.

I just called them.

I hope so. No wonder theyre not picking up the phone. Lol they know we neurotic pre-meds are very serious with our schedules. I just think they shouldve waited to do this switch. I lost a week of time doing passages and practice tests bc of their " glitch".

Is anyone able to access all of the TPR and aamc exams? I am only able to see TPR 1,2,3 and aamc 10 and 11. I am not able to see the rest of the exams. Is anyone else having this problem?

Does anyone know how to review their practice passages and questions after you complete them? I clicked on end and score button but I don't know how to review and see what i got wrong. Any help is appreciated!
