That appears to be correct JJ.

However, general thinking is that "less competitive" programs will now drop out of the match entirely, thus leaving many opportunities (hopefully!) for IMG's to still have the option of signing outside the match.

Here's hoping that, unlike now, a comprhensive list of those "outside" residencies becomes available so we know what they are.
