Capitalization mistake on primary

*Edit: okay so I'm really surprised at the number of responses this post got...anyways I am now well aware of how neurotic this question sounded (I tend to get anxious after submitting/finishing really important tests or applications and that leads to me asking questions like this) so no need to point that out anymore haha 🙂 but thank you to everyone who reassured me!

So for some reason I was always under the impression that 'emergency room' should be capitalized when referring to the emergency room that I worked at.
I found out today that it is not always capitalized (of course I would find this out after submitting).

I used and capitalized the word emergency room three times in my primary; should I mention in secondaries that I made this mistake? And more importantly, will adcoms ding me for this?

If there exist an adcom member that would ding an applicant for this, they should be bludgeoned. No. Don't worry about it. Don't mention it. It's not a big mistake.

I agree that you'll be fine. You will not be "dinged." Adcomm command of the rules of written English is not always sterling, either.

It implies meticulous attention to detail, which is not a bad trait in a doc. But usually it is internalized and attended to before a document is complete. Eventually.
