Specialists think they are immune? With the government cherry picking specialists and DNPs attacking primary care/anesthesiology, who will be left? Surgeons should take note that they are not immune, especially when NHS is allowing nurses to do surgery:

You can't sue an individual as an agent of a Federal office under the principles of sovereign immunity, unless you get explicit permission from the Justice Department. Check the 11th Amendment to the Constitution.
