career choices for a graduate with a MPH? help please

Hello. I got accepted into several MPH programs in epidemiology for Fall 2012, but now I am getting a little worried about my career choices in future. I know that there is a great deal of opportunities for graduates with MPH degree, but I also know that MANY of you are obtaining MPH degree as an aside of MD or other related degrees.
I applied to MPH program right after I finished my bachelors, so I am not planning anything about phD now.
So my concern is.. would I have a great range of career opportunities with only a MPH degree?

Until now I was only concerned about getting into the schools I wanted, but now I am getting second thoughts on if I made the right choices on choosing this degree..🙁

I think it's a good idea to know you're interested in the subject matter to which you'll be getting your degree. If you think this part fits, you should be good to go.
