Case vs. UMinnesota vs. VCU

I need to choose from these three. I believe they have similar cost of attendance (OOS for Minnesota).
Can someone please offer good suggestions about this? Which one is gonna prepare me the best as a dentist(Possibly specializing in the future).

Vcu if you can get in state

Remember a few years back,Cleveland couldn't pay a guy 120 million over 5 years to stay. Imagine having to pay to live there.
