Case Western--too late?

I just re-read my email from Case Western about their supplemental application, and it suggests sending it in within two weeks of receiving that email. Oops. The absolute deadline is Dec. 15th, but it's been months (3 months, I think) since I received that email with the link to the supplemental. Is it even worth it anymore to fill out the app and send in my fee? Has anyone gotten an interview in the past after submitting the sup app so late? I haven't heard much about Case Western, so any info would be nice
