CC stand alone programs outside of ERAS?

Hi --

I'm an applicant to CC only programs after having completed a nephrology fellowship. There are a handful of programs via ERAS that I've found to apply to, however does any know of programs that DON'T use ERAS perhaps and that require just reaching out to directly?

I think they are all on ERAS now. At least all of the IM CCM programs are.

Following 3 programs may not use ERAS.
