CCU/ICU and Anesthesiologists

Can someone talk about this a little more? What kind of responsibilities would a CC Anes have compared to say an IM doc running a CCU?

Also, how does the lifestyle/pay of a CC Anes compare to say an OR Anes? Is a CC Anes generally part of a regular Anes group or is he/she an employee of the hospital and not usually part of the private OR Anes group?

Edit to add: What about job market outlook for CCU specialists?
