WRNMMC - Washington DC
NMCP - Portsmouth, VA
NMCSD - San Diego, CA

which carriers are absolute duds or best at sites above?

which carriers are absolute duds or best at sites above?

Verizon and Sprint were best at Portsmouth. Generally, their CDMA signals penetrate further than AT&T and T-Mobile's GSM signals.

NMCSD sprint. Command issued phones and blackberrys (no pagers) are all sprint. Pretty sure there are repeaters in the hospital. Wifi on some wards now too
