Cerebellar Hemorrhage-Confusing Neuro Concept

UWorld says Cerebellar Hemorrhage causes right sided facial weakness and deviation of eyes to the left side. I thought that occurs in lesion to middle cerebral artery (conjugate eye deviation to side of lesion and contralateral hemiplegia). How is this a cerebellar thing???
