Add Cooper-Rowan since you are a NJ resident. You can remove Howard since they mainly accept African Americans. Columbia, Harvard, Penn, Hopkins, Cornell, Hopkins, Stanford, UCSF, Northwestern, Yale are unrealistic with your MCAT. UC Irvine accepts very few non residents. I suggest these OOS schools:
Quinnipiac
New York Medical College
Einstein
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
GW
Georgetown
Oakland Beaumont
Rosalind Franklin
Loyola
St. Louis
Creighton
Tulane
Miami
Brown
