I am beginning the application for process for a masters in public health/masters in health science, depending on the school's work experience requirements. My stats are:

GPA: 3.95
GRE: 680 Quant/540 Verbal/ waiting to hear back about writing

I am applying to some top programs like Johns Hopkins, Emory, Harvard and UCLA to study Women's Health within various concentrations depending on the school.

Do you think I should re-take my GRE's since I have no full-time work experience in public health? Do you think I have a shot at getting into these programs?

Thanks! 🙂

It sounds like you'll have no problem getting some good rec's. With a solid statement you should be a competitive candidate. Your high GPA and experience are great and your GRE isn't low enough to worry about taking it again.
