I will be applying this May to all the Texas M.D. schools.
g.p.a.- 3.80, science g.p.a.- 3.32
my mcat score should be in the range of 27-30 based on practice tests.

E.C.- volunteering in E.R.- 50 hours
- Hospital dietary- 50 hours
- volunteering Wound care center- 30 hours
Shadowing- 70 hours primary care, 50 hours Emergency medicine, 35 hours radiology, 30 hours dermatology.

Clinical experience- Belize medical internship 1 month approx. 160 hours
Medical volunteer trip to Costa Rica- 40 hours

What are my chances in Texas for this application cycle?

in my opinion, i think you will have a decent chance. cGPA is great, ECs are better, and the fact that you're an URM tops it all off
 
Looks like you have a good chance. Just make sure you set that MCAT score in stone, get good LOR's from your experiences, write a solid personal statement, and don't be awkward in your interview. You got this broski.
