Pharmcas calculated my GPA. Have a 3.23 overall and a 3.1 science gpa ( No degree yet). Have been a pharm tech for 3 years. Played on college lacrosse team + lead worship for a few organizations. Got a 47 on pcat ( 85 in chem, 57 in bio, low math) Got some pretty good LOR's, I know my scores are subpar, but I decided to just apply for this cycle to see how I fared. If I don't get in I guess I'll get my bachelors. Applied to Mercer, PCOM, Belmont, Tennessee, and Maryland.

Knowing from experience, I think the PCAT will be too low for mercer and PCOM. With your GPA, having a strong PCAT would have made you a very good shot at the Georgia schools. Mercer has higher standards then PCOM but even then the bare minimum cutoff for PCOM is a 45th I think but you'd need a strong GPA to get by with that.

If you're referring to University of Maryland in Baltimore the average GPA they take is a 3.5 and average pcat is 80s. You have some good extracurriculars. If you don't get in this cycle just bring up your GPA and retake the pcat.

I don't want to give you the odds on your chances, but just advise to keep your head up on this. I had a 2.9 something cumulative and an even lower science gpa and still made it into a competitive program (physician assistant). What I did was take hard courses at a CC to show I can handle the science, did about the same amount of clinical hours as you, and kicked-ass on the interview. Good luck.

Do well on your interview you'll get in

I mean. I still have some upper level bio classes to complete next year that will go towards a degree I find don't get any love this time around. Also prob take pcat again and apply early for next cycle
