If you change both your exam date and your exam location (b/c you will be at a diff. state when you change the date) how much do you have to pay? I know separately it is $50 for each but how much is it if you change both at the same time?

It's like they charge you for everything, which is fine (not really), but why so much!

Its a business...Thats why the exams cost 1/2 months average rent. Think about it. They know at least 20,000 american students will be taking the exam. If you had 20,000 loyal customers how much money do you think you could make. It doesnt cost much to make the actual exams, sure they pay the test makers, but not that much. Think about it...is the value of a CBT really 250$ ,not considering the educational payoff's? Somewhere around at least 5 million is made just off reading drafts. The computers do the grading and I'm sure the scale is already in place when we take the exam. Easy money...
