Changing your 3 month Step 1 window

Does anyone know who to contact to change the 3 month window for taking Step 1? I don't just want to reschedule it within my Apr/May/June, I want to change what 3 months I have to chose from. Good God Prometric and the NBME website doesn't make it easy. PM or reply.

You can change it to the next 3 months (July/Aug/Sept) by logging into the NBME licensing examination services website and clicking on "Step 1 and Step 2 CK Eligibility Extension Form"
