Chicago State University Vs. Midwestern CCP

I searched for information on this topic, but couldn't really find anything. I am currently accepted at CSU and still waiting on Midwestern's decision. If I am denied by Midwestern my decision will be pretty easy, but I figure I should start thinking about this question before hand.

If I am accepted to both schools, which should I go to?

Chicago State University

Benefits:
Obviously, CHEAPER
New program so new labs, equiptment
Small class size, faculty seemed like they really cared at the interview

Cons:
Bad neighborhood
Not fully accredited
Not "established"
I'd have to commute

Midwestern:CCP

Benefits:
Already accredited
On campus housing (no commuting)

Cons:
Expensive!

I'd appreciate any other comments from current students at either university or others in the same situation as the one which I have described. Thanks!
