That's fine, but it's useless and serves no purpose to make such dramatic blanket statements like you did and is only going to lead to arguments. Can people not handle constructive criticism about their school? Catchburns talks about taking jabs at one another, but many of these comments go beyond a jab straight to biting the other persons ear off. I'm just Mills saying to "chill out".
You keep saying from what your attendings and residents said, but wherever you go people are going to talk (and buildup their program). Everybody is a critic about something: MDs vs DOs, NPs vs RNs, Pod vs Ortho, etc and schools are no different. Barry has been doing very well the past several years, and from what I just recieved from our class president (today actually) we ranked 3rd out of all the pod schools in residency placement at 94%, our clinics are known for being excellent, and we have made many great improvements. We will gladly talk about what we feel we need to improve on and what schools we feel are better than us in certain categories as well. We haven't and do not claim to be the absolute best at this or that, but we know what we are good at and what we're not and need to improve upon and we are not afraid to state it. But there is a way of handling your criticisms and concerns. For example:
= 👍
=👍
= 👎
= douchebag
