It's very possible...your grades are still good and you have a valid explanation for the dip.
Make sure you get you conditions well controlled and it won't be a hindrance.
But schools will want to see its well controlled if you meantion it as an excuse for why your grades slipped.

if you think there's any way your body gives out for a 7 years stretch of training, I would consider another career

doctors don't tolerate weakness
 
Your health comes first. Don't overwhelm yourself during your junior and senior years. Take just enough to do well and show an upward trend. You have impressive extracurricular work as well so I have no doubt you'll build a strong application.
