i didnt get an ad out actually, i teach 105 kids in groups of 3 for a large post bac program in philly. ive been teaching for a large prep company for around year and a half and i'm probably one of the better teachers in the post bac program. ppl come up to me for private tutoring. i havent had the time a couple of months back (and i felt bad for ppl who couldnt afford) but i gave in and do a saturday/sunday afternoon session

i think you should look around for teaching jobs. tell your student off the bat your mcat score. they will be on your hydrogen bonded to your pair of electrons so hard (nohomo) that you will lose oxygen trying to manage.


try a campus neighborhood. UF has to be big

true, of course. but ksmi had a mildly annoying interview and wanted to complain about it-- if i were in that situation i wouldn't want someone saying "yes but it could be your fault." especially since i like to think of this thread as a place where we support each other... the other stuff can be posted anywhere in pre-allo.

i just found a missed call and voicemail from a 212 number on my cell phone and got SOOOOO nervous...

it was a credit card company trying to get me to lower my interest rate. and i don't even have a card with them. oh well, that's almost as good as hearing from a med school.

Yeah. I don't get it. It's ok to want interviews/acceptances at places if you already have them somewhere else. As long as you withdraw at places you are no longer interested in, people shouldn't get all over others.

Haha... I've been having this problem recently. But it's always Kaplan centers from nearby towns needing a substitute teacher to fill in.

Totally a bummer 🙄
 
Climate change doesn't bother me, I was born in RI... UVM was my first choice OOS anyway, so I might go on other interviews but not likely. I still have my Drexel one in December that I've got to decide on. If I get any other FL interviews I'll check them out, but theres about a 90% chance I'm be at UVM next year
 
Speaking of pizza, I think I'm going to have some cold pizza from the fridge.

No this was from a week ago. I just cut out the mold with some cutlery.
 
Why not leave the mold on? Cheese is molded milk anyway, trust me, I am a pre-Med i know what I'm sayin :/
