You're right, I forgot that they out right accept more than the entering class. Which is why A&M and UVA have gotten themselves in trouble.


Edit: I wasted my time searching the amcas website, MSAR, & google because I wanted to see the original document with this data. I should have just searched SDN and remembered my peers know how to reference sources.

Apparently, a high school football star, committed to OSU, was pulling girls out of class and getting them to strip so he could "measure them for JROTC uniforms." The crazy part was that they actually did it! 😱

From the article:

Another victim told police that Carter stopped her in the hallway and asked her to come into a room where he “asked her to take her clothes off. The victim took off everything except her panties” and then he measured her, police said in the report.

This is like something from Saved by the Bell or Van Wilder.

Hurries to go check it out. I'm sooo bored, field trip day at work. I don't go on the trip until tomorrow, so today I have 3 classes filled with 40+ 11th graders just...doing whatever in a semi-controlled fashion.

I just had a chance to peak at your post which happened to peek my interest into climbing up to peeks of mountains.

On an even sadder note, sob sob that I missed the g-chat 🙁

I too miss out on all the crazy gchat fun as I have an 8 - 5 job and must go to bed early in order to get up early. sigh... I sort of feel like the high school nerd and you guys are the cool kids. *snickers*

Some people aren't...adventurous enough to meet the cost of admission. 😛

Either that, or any such experiences I may have had were so traumatic that I've wiped them from my memory. :laugh:
