Yaay! I finished my biochem final and I think I rocked it! 1 more final to go and I'm done for 2009. I'm glad I've got some shadowing and letter of rec stuff to do over the break. Otherwise I would just be on SDN and school admission websites looking over the same stuff every night. I can't wait until June to get this thing going!
 
I'm jealous of you all. I haven't even started finals yet. I won't be done until a few days before Christmas. 🙁

WOW am I late to this thread. I meant to join the first time I saw it a while ago but I was on my cellphone and didnt want to type anything. Anyways, I'm very much hoping to be a part of this class as well.
 
I did not read the whole thread yet, but what is everyone going to do over break? I'm planning on studying some for the MCAT and doing a little shadowing just to catch up with a doc thats writing me a letter and then continuing to volunteer on Fridays.
 
What's up, how's the evening going so far little ones?

Same here. I will study for MCAT..do a little bit shadowing..and go to Miami for one week! 🙂 I also have to make up some volunteer hours too..But MCAT will be my priority 😀
 
I just finished some immunology and now I'm watching the UK vs UConn game...

Lots of studying for the MCAT, upping my volunteering (possibly starting another volunteer job in public health), hopefully shadow someone, home research (not going into lab), and dog/house sitting for a good family friend

wooo research presentation (instead of final) in 4 hrs...only 4 more math/sci related finals of UG EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

I just finished my last final for the fall this morning. Over the break I'm going to be busy though... teaching 2 cpr/first aid classes at a residential drug & alcohol program (volunteer), starting to coach kids soccer team, spending 3 days shadowing a doc in 3 different clinics, meeting with 2 profs for letters of rec, continuing my undergrad research, and continuing my hospital job (paid) 2 days a week. I think Christmas is in there some where too. Oh. . . and I want to start my personal statement if I have time. . . but I probably won't.
